We scooped a whopping 20 gongs at the British Travel Awards 2024, voted for by you. We were awarded an incredible 17 gold awards, one silver and two bronze – recognising our continued excellence in the travel industry. Our awards spanned categories like Best for Short Haul flights and Best Travel Company for Summer and Winter Sun, all shining a light on the breadth and expertise we offer our customers.

TUI is proud to be awarded the Most Trusted Travel Company in The Sun Travel Awards 2024, as voted for by Sun readers. That means we pipped all other UK holiday companies to the post.

We’ve been awarded the Good Housekeeping Reader Recommended accolade for the exceptional quality of our booking services, so you can rest assured – however you choose to book – that you’ll be in great hands. With thousands of Retail Experts across our TUI Stores, you can get advice, buy travel money and take off with everything sorted.

We’re over the moon to have scooped the award for 'Nation’s Favourite: Most Loved Holiday Company’ at the 2024 Travolution Awards. Everything we do has our customers at heart, so an accolade like this is really special to us.

TUI UK & Ireland is proud to announce that it’s been awarded the Global Responsible Tourism Award for making tourism inclusive. This recognition reflects our commitment to creating unforgettable holiday experiences that are accessible to all.

We’re proud to have been a finalist in the 2023 and 2024 TTG Awards. Our category recognised work in accessible travel, highlighting the importance of all customers being able to easily find a holiday that’s right for them, whatever their needs. We were the only tour operator and non-specialised travel company nominated in the category, too.

The Agents’ Choice – Large recognises supplier trade support teams. TTG’s travel agent audience rate the brands they’ve worked with recently, according to product and service. TUI was shortlisted for the above award, a great achievement considering we’ve only been ‘actively’ working with the trade for a year.

We won a Disability Smart Award in 2024. This award recognises organisations that have gone the extra mile to break down barriers experienced by disabled people through truly inclusive customer service. The judging panel chose TUI for our partnership with AccessAble, our Detailed Access Guides, and our specialist Assisted Travel Team, who enable our disabled customers to find and tailor their holidays.

TUI won 3 awards at the British Travel Awards 2023, including a gold award for Best Large Travel Company for All-Inclusive Holidays. The British Travel Awards are voted for by consumers and recognise the best companies in the tourism and leisure travel industry.

Our Green & Fair initiative, which includes over 600 hotels and over 1,000 experiences, won the Impact Award: Making A Difference at the Travolution Awards 2023. This award was voted for by customers, so we feel extra grateful to have been recognised for our hard work by the UK public.

TUI River Cruises was the winner in the Best River Cruise Entertainment category at the 2025 Sailawaze Excellence Awards, for our new entertainment programme. It includes some industry firsts, from a resident entertainment team onboard performing bespoke vocal productions to intimate cabaret sets.

TUI River Cruises was the winner in the Best River Cruise Service category at the 2025 Sailawaze Excellence Awards. The award recognised the crews’ dedication to providing local expertise onboard our Nile itineraries, and for going above and beyond to immerse guests in the region’s culture.

Marella Cruises has been announced as a winner at the VIBE Vista Awards 2025, landing the prize for Best Beverage Menu, alongside food and drinks partners The Apollo Group. This win's a huge achievement for our onboard drinks offerings, which cover our fleet of five ships.

Cruise Critic UK’s 2024 Awards recognised the best in cruising and cruise travel, and TUI River Cruises picked up the awards for Best for First Time River Cruisers and Best Value for Money.

We were a TTG finalist for the River Cruise Line of the Year 2024, a great nod to the overall experience you can enjoy with TUI River Cruises.

TUI River Cruises was crowned Consumer Favourite for Food and Beverages at the 2024 Sailawaze Excellence Awards, reflecting the high-quality service you can expect on any of our river cruise sailings.

The Exchange speakeasy bar on Marella Voyager won the Sailawaze Excellence Award in the Entertainment category for 2024. The Exchange is an immersive secret speakeasy bar, with an adults-only tag and unique cocktails that you won't find elsewhere on the ship.

Cruise Critic UK’s 2023 Editors’ Picks Awards highlighted the best in cruising and cruise travel, as selected by Cruise Critic's international editorial team. TUI River Cruises picked up the awards for Best for First Time River Cruisers and Best for Value

Marella Cruises was awarded the Best Ship Refurbishment Award at the Cruise Critic UK’s 2023 Editors’ Choice Awards. Marella Voyager debuted in June 2023 following a bow-to-stern makeover, including cabins and suites, public spaces and dining venues.

This Sunday Times' nationwide workplace survey honours and celebrates Britain's top employers, with over 500 organisations of all sizes from all industries taking part. The awards acknowledge the best workplaces for women, the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, and wellbeing. As well as being in the top ten in the 'very big organisation' category, TUI UK was ‘highly commended’ for wellbeing, which we are incredibly proud of.

TUI UK's Accessibility Manager, Marina Snellenberg, was recognised with the Unsung Hero Award at the Travel Weekly Globe Awards for her tireless efforts to make travel accessible for all. Her passion, dedication, and innovative approach to inclusive travel truly embody TUI's commitment to creating unforgettable moments for every traveller.

“I was nominated for the work our team has done on Neuro-Inclusive Holidays over the past 12 months – Promoting Neuro-Inclusive Holidays (smile.tui). As this was an individual award, and the project was my idea, we just put a single name forward, but Ashley Curran and Jo Sime have co-led the project with me and the nomination is just as much theirs as it is mine.”
